Ideas to Impact: Building Capacity with AI for Sustainable Ventures is a full-day, hands-on training focused on using AI responsibly to develop and scale sustainability-driven business ideas. Participants will learn how to apply AI across the venture lifecycle—from ethical design and market validation to impact measurement and MVP development—while keeping sustainability priorities central, aligned with the S2Cool project’s mission of enabling efficient, affordable, and climate-positive solutions.

Understand how to apply Responsible AI principles (ethics, bias, privacy, governance) in sustainability-focused ventures

Identify and prioritize high-impact sustainability problems where AI can add measurable value (e.g., energy efficiency, emissions reduction)

Conduct AI-enabled market research and validation to refine problem–solution fit and target segments

Develop a draft sustainable business model with clear impact KPIs (energy savings, CO₂ reduction, affordability, access)

Create an initial MVP plan and go-to-market roadmap for an AI-enabled sustainable venture

Produce a practical venture blueprint/pitch outline connecting solution design with measurable sustainability outcomes (aligned with S2Cool themes)
